1. Order Processing: All orders are carefully prepared and packaged within 1 to 2 business days from the date of order confirmation

2. Delivery Timeline: Shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days to all Egypt You can expect to receive your order within a total timeframe of 4 to 8 business days

3. Shipping Fees: We offer a flat shipping rate of 75 EGP for all deliveries within Egypt.

4. Receiving Your Order (Inspection)

  • Product Inspection: You are welcome to inspect the contents of your package upon delivery in the presence of the courier to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order.

  • Fitting Policy: Our policy permits visual inspection only; trying on items while the courier is present is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity and cleanliness of our garments.

  • To ensure the perfect fit, please use our FIND YOUR SIZE feature available on every product page.
  • Refusal Policy: In the event of refusal after inspection, the shipping fee must still be paid to the courier.
